Greek Orthodox Easter is celebrated today (this year).
Of all the symbols associated with Easter the egg, the symbol of fertility and new life, is the most identifiable. Different cultures have developed their own ways of decorating Easter eggs. Crimson eggs, to honor the blood of Christ, are exchanged in Greece.

I’m not really a dieter or and I prefer nectarines, strawberries and bananas but I like this image so here it is! Apparently eating 3 apples a day; one before each meal is a sure fire way to trim up. I’ll leave that up to you to find out.

Laughter is the best medicine! Enjoyed a great evening at the Improv, San Jose with Mitch Hedberg. Hundreds of jokes - you gotta check him out. Nice venue too. I’ll be back.
