With a little babysitting swap we got out to see the The White Countess…the story takes place in Shanghai 1936, actors Ralph Fiennes and Natasha Richardson bond wonderfully together in times of personal and political circumstance and chaos.

The other night I got the babe ready for bed and snuck out to see a film with a girl friend while daddy stayed and read bedtime stories. It was a good film, a complex romantic suspense, I recommend seeing The Constant Garderner if you enjoy fine cinematography.

a happy Birthday : A phrase mostly used by guys when they catch themselves in a situation when a girl exposes some part of their anatomy without knowing it clothed or not. Usually happens at the gym.

Got some homework to do about maternity leave. There are over 120 countries around the world which provide standard maternity leave. California is improving, the US Department of Labor has now adopted regs allowing States to give unemployment benefits to new parents.
